1.未事先預約者，恕無法保證現場可辦理
Service
CANNOT Be Guaranteed for Walk-ins Without an Appointment
本所優先服務已確認預約之客戶。未經預約的臨時來訪，恕無法保證現場能立即安排辦理。
Priority is given to scheduled
clients. For walk-ins without a confirmed appointment, immediate service cannot
be guaranteed.
2.未經公證人確認，不算預約完成
Reservation
is NOT Complete Until Confirmed by the Notary Public.
送出預約申請或文件後，須經本所主動回覆確認，方視為預約成功。未收到確認通知前，請勿直接前來現場。
Your appointment is only finalized
after receiving an official confirmation reply from our office. Please do
not visit the office before your booking is approved.
3.文件請提前提交審查

Document Submission for Review
請於預約日前 2 至 3 個工作天，將欲辦理之文件草案（如合約、授權書等）先行發送至本所電子信箱以利審查。
Please
email your draft documents (e.g., contracts, POAs) to our office 2 to3 business
days prior to your visit for preliminary legal review.
預約請註明姓名及聯絡電話
Please provide
your full name and contact phone number when reservation.
4.重要提醒 / Important
Notice
公證人有時須外出，本所並非隨時皆有公證人在場，親臨前請務必事先完成預約。
The
Notary Public may occasionally be out of the office. As the Notary Public is
not always on the premises, please ensure you make an appointment before
visiting.
5.聯絡與預約 / Contact & Reservation
因公證業務繁忙，現場辦理期間常無法即時接聽電話，請優先利用電子郵件（Email）聯繫，我們將於空檔盡速回覆。
Due to a
high volume of notary services, we may not be able to answer phone calls
immediately. Please contact us via email as your primary channel, and we will
reply as soon as possible.

09:30 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 16:00 - 中午 12:00 - 13:00 休息 Lunch Break: 12:00 - 13:00
- 週六、週日及國定假日休息 (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays)
